Remodelation to a several years beach house. Construction of a wooden deck and a ranch in metal with wood finish imitation. The pool was given a new look by making a molejón-style rocker cover. Palmex brand plastic palm was used for the roof of the ranch. A storage room was built underground, its upper part works as a garage, in addition to the protection of the vehicle a pergola was built. For main entrance decorative gardening blocks were installed, those allow the growth of grass. The house was painted and all the wood was maintained and protected. Expansion and improvement of the electrical installation and placement of more devices, such as fans and power points.
